
Neck tumor removal and carotide preparpation for microvascular connection of radial forearm free flap
A 59 years old male patient who suffered from oral cancer (lat: Carcinoma baseos oris et linguae cum metastasis coli bil) was operated in hospital and radial forearm free flap was used to repair complex intra-oral tissue three-dimensional defects after tumor removal. On this photograph we see tumor removal from neck and carotide arteries preparation for microvascular connection of radial forearm free flap.
