The patient has been taking Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) for a long time due to gynecological pathology. Colonoscopy: A colonoscope is inserted into the cecum with the examination of 20 cm of the terminal part of the ileum. The mucosa of the ileum with single-point erosions with areas of hyperemia around. The villi are evenly spaced. Conclusion: terminal ileitis (possibly NSAID-associated). Histological report: tissue of the mucous membrane of the small intestine type with the formation of a lymphoid follicle with a germinal center in the stroma of one of the fragments, focal moderately expressed neutrophilic infiltration, full blood, focal hemorrhages. Mucinous (goblet cell) metaplasia is observed in the surface epithelium of some villi, which is a manifestation of periodic damage-repair cycles. White-light (WL) imaging
