The patient has been taking Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) for a long time due to gynecological pathology. Colonoscopy: A colonoscope is inserted into the cecum with the examination of 20 cm of the terminal part of the ileum. The mucosa of the ileum with single-point erosions with areas of hyperemia around. The villi are evenly spaced. Conclusion: terminal ileitis (possibly NSAID-associated). Histological report: tissue of the mucous membrane of the small intestine type with the formation of a lymphoid follicle with a germinal center in the stroma of one of the fragments, focal moderately expressed neutrophilic infiltration, full blood, focal hemorrhages.
