Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM) after 4 months of antibiotics therapy

Colored Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 68-year-old male, administered following 4 months of antibiotics therapy. It shows small centrilobular nodules and a tree-in-bud appearance is identified in both lower lobes, which is more prominent on the right. Bronchiectasis is identified in the left upper lobe. Both lower lobes are also noted to have bronchiectasis and bronchial wall thickening anteriorly and laterally. Paraseptal emphysema in both lungs is also noted.
