Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 46-year-old female, administered following 6 months of antibiotics therapy. It shows a tree-in-bud appearance is identified in the left lower lobes. Bronchiectasis and bronchial wall thickening are identified in the left lower lobe. She had a history of HIV (B20) one year prior to this CT scan.
