Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM) after treatment
An Axial CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 68-year-old male was administered after 12 months of therapy. It shows small centrilobular nodules, and a tree-in-bud appearance is identified in both lower lobes, which is more prominent on the right. Bronchiectasis is identified in the left upper lobe. Both lower lobes are also noted to have bronchiectasis and bronchial wall thickening anteriorly and laterally. Paraseptal emphysema in both lungs is also noted.
