Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM). Cystic bronchiectasis.
Axial CT scan of a 46-year-old-male non-smoking patient. Notice a severe right upper and lower lobe bronchiectasis with extensive volume loss. In the medial basal segment of both lower lobes, notice a number of centrilobular opacities with tree-in-bud appearances. Some of the dilated bronchi show air/fluid levels, which is a typical sign of this bronchial infection.
