Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM) Initial scan - untreated
Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 68-year-old male. It shows subpleural consolidation and a tree-in-bud appearance in both lower lobes, which is more prominent on the right. Both lower lobes are also noted to have bronchiectasis and bronchial wall thickening anteriorly and laterally. Bronchiectasis is identified in the left upper lobe. Paraseptal emphysema in both lungs is also noted
