The sagittal T1 Inversion recovery scan ET 4 ms, TR 2205 ms, TE 15 ms, slice thickness 6 mm, of a 52 years old female patient with 5 years long history of gait disturbance with loss of dexterity in hands and speech slurring. On this MRI scan we see flattening of olives, atroiphy of pons and secondary changes of cerebellum.
