The axial T2-image ET 13 ma, TR b5000 ms, TE 105 nms, slice thickness 5 mm, of a 52 years old female patient with 5 years long history of gait disturbance with loss of dexterity in hands and speech slurring. On this MRI scan we see interolivary sulcus enlargement, atrophy of olives and pons and secondary changes of cerebellum.
