Ophthalmic oncology due to hydrogen peroxide

Nontransportable patient, 91 years old. 20 years prior to the examination, the formation of the lower eyelid appeared. A basal cell skin cancer of the eyelids of both eyes was diagnosed. For two years, relatives washed the conjunctival cavity with hydrogen peroxide daily, thus causing the gross scarring of the lower eyelids.
