Optic disc edema
A 38 year old female patient, without systemic diseases or other comorbidities, experienced blurred vision and black spots in the visual field, following Covid infection, with suspected optic disc edema. This was confirmed by both the fundoscopic and ultrasound scans. Sonogram of optic disc showed elevated disc height, the dome-shaped appearance of optic nerve head, above the level of the surrounding retina. According to a clinical exam, the condition is highly suspected to papillitis.
