
Oral lichen planus
A 29-year-old female patient with erosive oral lesions of an approximate evolution time of 3 years was treated as gingivitis without success. The lesions are erosive and painful and expand throughout the gums; she also presents lesions on the lips. This patient has a dermatological history of rosacea. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 1.
