Oral Mucositis caused by chemotherapy 14y

A 14 years old female teenager patient. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, pre-T immunological variant, expression of the chimeric gene MLL-AF6. Manifestations of stomatitis, mucositis (4 tbsp), cheilitis, angular stomatitis, hemorrhagic crusts on the lips, buccal cellulitis, bleeding areas with ulceration, a whitish plaque with areas of bleeding.
