Oral Mucositis caused by chemotherapy 17y
A 17 years old male patient. Burkitt's lymphoma with lesions of L4-L5 vertebrae, bone marrow, multifocal bone lesions. IV stage, risk 4. The condition during therapy was in accordance with the NHL-BFM 95 (CC3) protocol. Oropharyngeal mucositis 2-3 tbsp: the oral mucosa is loose, hyperemic, erosion on the mucous membrane of the upper palate, the tongue is coated with a brown coating, cheilitis, buccal cellulite.
