
Oral squamous cell carcinoma
A 43-year-old male patient, with toxic tobacco consumption habits for more than 20 years, typically one pack per day. He presents a lesion on the floor of the mouth with an approximate evolution of 6 months, initially painless, then with pain. The patient also presented adenopathies at the level of the submandibular lymph nodes. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) prototype 4.
