Oral telangiectatic granuloma
A 26-year-old male patient without any toxic habits, with poor oral hygiene, living in a rural area, presents a tumor lesion with one and a half years of evolution. It covers a large part of the upper right arch, with painless mass, bleeding on contact. An X-Ray scan revealed a pedicle that starts from teeth 17 and 18, both teeth with mobility. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) prototype 3.
