Parapelvic cyst. Kidney Stone - CT Scan
Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement. A 65-year-old-male patient. The left kidney has a renal sinus cyst stretching and displacing the pelvicalyceal system which is minimally dilated when compared to the right kidney. There is a hyperattenuating stone in the left interpolar kidney at a medullary pyramid tip.
