A 59 years old male patient who suffered from oral cancer (lat: Carcinoma baseos oris et linguae cum metastasis coli bil) was operated in hospital and radial forearm free flap was used to repair complex intra-oral tissue three-dimensional defects after tumor removal. On this photograph we see partial surgical removal of the mandible due to tumor involvement by maxillofacial surgeons in hospital.
