A 30 year old female patient, without complaints, applied for an ultrasound examination. The ultrasound scan showed that the kidney was not positioned in its typical place and the patient was referred for a CT scan. This contrasted CT (3D rendering version, excretory phase) scan revealed the pelvic location of the right kidney, rotated by the hollow system forward-down. The dimensions of the right kidney were 100 x 32 x 82 mm, the width of the renal parenchyma is 14-18 mm, without additional formations. Cup-bowl kidney system with signs of incomplete doubling, the ureter recedes into a single trunk. The hollow system of the right kidney and the right ureter is not expanded, without concretions. The right renal arteries depart by 3 trunks: 1st trunk departs from the aorta, at the level of L3-L4 vertebrae 8 mm above the bifurcation with a diameter of 2 mm and flows into the parenchyma; 2nd trunk departs from the left iliac artery at the level of L4 of the vertebra 5 mm below the level of bifurcation with a diameter of 3.5 mm and flows into the parenchyma; The 3rd trunk departs from the right iliac artery at the level of the L5 vertebra with a diameter of 3 mm and flows into the sinus. The left kidney is located in its typical position, rotated by the hollow system anteriorly and laterally. The dimensions of the left kidney are 146 x 53 mm, the width of the renal parenchyma is 12 - 19 mm, without additional formations. Cup-bowl kidney system with signs of incomplete doubling, the ureter recedes into a single trunk. The cavity system of the left kidney and the left ureter is not expanded, without concretions. The left renal artery departs in a single trunk at the level of the L1 vertebra, its diameter is 6 mm, is divided into main branches at the level of the renal sinus.
