Periapical abscess

CT scans collage of a 36-year-old female. It shows treatment of the 2nd upper right molar tooth. Notice focal lucency at the apex of the 2nd upper right molar tooth, teeth with surrounding bone destruction. There is hyperplasia of the mucous membrane of the lower wall of the right maxillary sinus up to 15 mm thick.
