Peripheral reparative giant cell granuloma

A female patient, 37 years old. On this micrograph, we see: tumor-like formation is represented by fibrous tissue with proliferating fibroblasts (myofibroblasts - spindle-shaped or ovoid cells) and multinucleated histiocytes, filled with blood, sinusoidal cells, and numerous sinusoidal capillaries along with the sinusoidal cells, lymphomacrophage infiltration with an admixture of neutrophilic leukocytes, reactive changes in the integumentary epithelium (acanthosis and parakeratosis). Magnification ×200 with hematoxylin and eosin stain.
