Coloured Frontal CT scan with contrast enhancement. A 41-year-old-male patient. It demonstrates an abnormal left sided perinephric multiloculated fluid collection, measuring 80 х 50 х 60 mm - Perirenal abscesses. A large complex multiloculated cystic structure is seen in segments 2 and 3 of the liver, measuring 70х 70х 60 mm - The liver abscess. Peripanreatic encapsulated collections measuring 50х 50х 40 mm with areas of hemorrhage is seen - acute peripancreatic fluid collections (APFC). CTA of the chest demonstrates an aortic dissection. A dissection aortic flap is seen extending from the aortic arch, arising in the ascending aorta and spirals along the whole aorta - Aortic dissection DeBakey type 1 (Stanford type A). Loculated left pleural effusion and with enhancing pleural margins - pleural empyema. Associated left side atelectasis.
