Poikilodermatous mycosis fungoides. There is epidermal atrophy, dilatation of superficial vessels (telangiectasia), and melanin incontinence (dyspigmentation) in this erythematous patch. This patient had very dry skin too. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
