Polymorphonuclear group 2 (PMN-2) – PMN numbers equal or slightly higher than the numbers of EC; In contrast to most other cells in the human body which have spherical or ovoid nuclei, polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) are characterized by typical polylobated nuclei. The slender, Gram‐positive bacilli with parallel sides and blunt ends, which we think they are L. gasseri and L. jensenii
