
Post-Inflammatory hyperpigmentation - right lumbar region
The oval dark pigmented lesion in the right lumbar region, occurring as a result of taking tetracycline (fixed drug eruption / Erythema fixum). On the skin periphery, noticeable are brown pigmented macules that are residues of herpes zoster. A female patient, 47 years old.
