On this echocardiogram, we see a Post-myocardial infarction ventricular septal defect, also know as post-MI VSD (Post-Myocardial Infarction Ventricular Septal Defect) Becker type 2. A 76-year-old male patient with cardiogenic shock manifested with hypotension, cold clammy peripheries, oliguria and frank pulmonary edema.
