Posterior Polar Cataract

Posterior Polar Cataract complicated by posterior capsule tear (right eye). A 79 years old male patient with Posterior Polar Cataract of both eyes (presumably congenital). On the right eye, the patient admitted a significant decrease of visual acuity 1 month prior to the examination. BCVA of the right eye 20/50. There is a rounded, clear contoured intense opacity with eye-shaped tears and diffuse opaqueness of the posterior lens capsule.
