Postoperative deformity of the stomach
A 59 years old male patient was hospitalized with complaints of epigastric pain, nausea and bitterness in his mouth. Some 15 years ago he underwent surgery - resection of the stomach by Billroth I, with a discharge gastroenterostomy. Examination was straightforward. Passability in two directions was preserved. This image shows a pronounced reflux of bile due to the absence of the pylorus.
