Prostate adenoma

A 72-year-old male patient complaining of the inability to urinate on his own, a Foley catheter was installed. The patient was hospitalized for surgical treatment. Surgical: one-stage adenomectomy. Prostate 150 cubic centimetres. After 4 days, the patient was able to urinate on his own.
