Prosthetic oral hyperplasia, oral benign tumor

A 55-year-old female patient, who had had an upper and lower buccal prosthesis for approximately 12 years, presented a tumor lesion in the left lower alveolar ridge with an evolution time of more than four years. The lesion is painless and does not present clinically significant changes in terms of healthy oral mucosa in terms of texture and coloration. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) prototype 3.
