Pulmonary adenocarcinoma
Sagittal CT scan with contrast enhancement. An 84-year-old-female patient. A spiculated solid lesion measuring approx 65x 55x 60 mm is visible in the hilar zone of the right lung (S6). Its appearance is highly suggestive of malignancy. Noticeable is also multiple paratracheal and right hilar pathological lymph nodes with short-axis and a diameter ranging between 12-15 mm. In the right pleural cavity, there is a moderate amount of free fluid.
