Ready and Able, Nude Model, 1927
Entitled: "A Girl in arms" showing side view of nude young woman, wearing Roman-style helmet, holding shield and spear. Stereograph card photographed by Exhibit Supply Company, 1927. Risqué photography is material that is slightly indecent or liable to shock, especially as sexually suggestive. These mildly provocative stereographs were marketed for parlor use in the early 20th century. Used with a stereoscope, the side-by-side images would render in 3D.
