Recurrent Breast cancer after Radiotherapy

A 61-year-old woman comes for an examination due to swelling and changes in the skin of her right breast, which was operated on 11 months prior. A pathohistological lab test confirmed her breast cancer. She is on oral hormone therapy with radiation therapy following her operation. Her left breast is involute, with normal skin discoloration, with a normal appearance of the nipple. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 2.
