Recurrent focal palmar peeling

A 36-year-old man presented with asymptomatic peeling on the palms (and occasionally on the soles) that recurs in the summer months. Lesions were air-filled blisters on palmar skin, followed by collarette and lamellar peeling. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 2.
