A 57 years old male patient with Rheumatoid arthritis deformity of both knee joints and both ankle joints (more severe on the left one). Left knee arthroplasty with deformity of the left ankle. Rheumatoid arthritis usually affects several joints simultaneously, usually beginning with the smaller joints such as those of hands, progressing to the elbows, shoulders and knees.
