A 230×250×200 mm cystic lesion with several eccentric enhancing solid components, few small calcified foci total performing at the right kidney (Bosniak class IV). There are no signs of local invasion, surrounding fat stranding, vascular extension, or regional enlarged lymph nodes. Cyst in the left kidney (Bosniak class I)
