The Remote Reconnaissance Vehicle, nicknamed "ROVER," used in the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant cleanup. On March 28, 1979 there was and accident at the Three Mile Island Unit 2 reactor, which caused a partial melt-down of the reactor core.
