Sebaceous hyperplasia in a 66-year-old woman. Sebaceous gland hyperplasia presents as scattered clinically obvious flesh‐coloured to yellowish papules resulting from hypertrophy of sebaceous glands. These are benign proliferation of sebocytes within normal sebaceous glands in hair-bearing skin. Fitzpatrick skin type (FST) phototype 5.
