A 55 years old patient with —Āongenital heart disease, bicuspid aortic valve complained of frequent pain behind the sternum, shortness of breath during a little physical activity & vertigo. Severe aortic valve stenosis was revealed during the transthoracic echocardiography. Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography after the surgery. ME LAX View (mid-esophageal, long axis). In the aortic valve position, a mechanic prosthesis is visualized. 2 transprothetic regurgitation flows directed towards each other are registered during the color Doppler ultrasonography. (mild regurgitation).
