Skin laceration on the lower leg

An 11-year-old pediatric patient was reported to the emergency room due to a collision with a sled. The object caused blunt force trauma to the lower leg with tremendous skin laceration with visible deeper structures. The wound debridement and cleaning were done. The Skin laceration was repaired with sutures.
