Small cell lung cancer with brain, liver and lymph nodes metastasis
A 59-year-old-male patient. Axial CT scan with contrast enhancement. A well-defined, low-enhancing mass, measuring 65 × 97 × 48 mm is visible in the hilar zone of the left lung and mediastinal. There are multiple height-enhancing masses in the brain of up 22 mm in size. In the liver, they are up to 80 mm in size. In the mediastinal lymph, notice nodes - metastases.
