Sneddon-Wilkinson disease
Sneddon-Wilkinson disease (Subcorneal pustular dermatosis) is a rare neutrophilic dermatosis, with sterile subcorneal pustules typically affecting the flexural areas of the trunk and proximal extremities. Lesions are oval, pea‐sized flaccid pustules on a normal or erythematous base. A characteristic fluid level with pus in the lower half and clear fluid in the upper half may be seen.
