Spleen vein thrombosis, Hepatosplenomegaly and Biliary microlithiasis
Oblique, axial CT Scan, 3D-rendering CT scan with contrast enhancement of a 64-year-old male patient. It demonstrates thrombosis of the spleen vein, hepatosplenomegaly, and ascites. Multiple gallstones in the gallbladder, measuring less than 3.0 mm. A 64 slice CT scanner was utilized with a 0.625 mm thickness parameter. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
