Squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus in a middle-aged man
The patient is a 36 years male who often smokes opium. He underwent a gastroscopy exam due to dysphagia. His ulceration was approximately 4.0 x 1.5 x 0.5 cm in size. A mucosa is evident with unevenly expanded tortuous and unclassified capillary intramucosal loops. The histological lab report confirmed the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma. Here we see White Light (WL) view.
