Submacular hemorrhage

A 75-year-old man complained of decreased central vision in the left eye for 2 weeks. Vision in the left eye is 20/400 with a sphere of +2.75 corrected to 20/200. Submacular hemorrhage during fundus examination. Paramacular drusen. The vessels are tortuous, the dimensions of the vessels have not changed, and the retinal pigment is redistributed.
