Supernumerary teeth
A supernumerary tooth is defined as any tooth that is formed from tooth germ in excess of the usual number for any given region of the dental arch. They may be single or multiple in any region of the dental arch. These may occur in primary and permanent dentition. Supernumerary teeth cause a range of complications like crowding, displacement, etc. In this case, we present two conical supernumerary teeth in the anterior region of a 7 year old girl.
