Thoracic aortic aneurysms

A 25 years old male patient with congenital bicuspid aortic valve, ascending aortic aneurysm and coarctation of aorta. A few years ago tubular ascending aortic replacement and replacement of the proximal part of descending thoracic aorta was performed. Now we see the progression of the aneurysmal disease: giant aortic root anerysm and dilatation of the descending thoracic aorta (ECG-gated computed tomography angiography).
