A 60-year-old male patient with quadriparesis. Here we see MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine shows recidivant dorsal Meningioma in Th 8-9 region with consequent severe syringomyelia. The first operation was performed 15 years prior. The patient didn't come for check-ups.
