Tree-in-bud pattern - pulmonary manifestations of Hodgkin's lymphoma
This is a left sagittal CT image (lung window) with contrast enhancement of a 37-year-old female with a history of mediastinal Hodgkin lymphoma. It shows multiple areas of centrilobular micronodules with a linear branching pattern and broncho-vascular interstitial infiltration—tree-in-bud pattern due to distal pulmonary vasculature disease. A 64-slice CT scanner was used, with the thickness parameter set to 0.5 mm. A 100 ml iodine contrast with V = 5 ml/sec injection was administered prior to the scan.
